We came to the restaurant for two and sat down. Then a waiter came in and told us that we were not served, since we checked in the wrong house in the hotel.

Absolute failure !! The "restaurant" Felix doesn't work at all, the candle light dinner can be saved for € 50 extra. Chipped plates, only 2 choices, dessert sweetened, unfriendly evening service. The hall is like a school canteen. The rooms are ok if there was no construction noise. The hotel is nothing for young people. Most visitors are retirees. The only good thing is the thermal bath.

We arrived 11:20 with a group of 13 hikers and learned that orders for lunches are taken only from 12.00. 12.30, however, our bus was waiting for us. So we left hungry again. Pity!
